Nh Venezia Santa Lucia Hotel

The room had a great view of the canal and was in a central location near a church, grocery store, water taxis, and restaurants. It was really convenient to have all these amenities within a short walking distance.

The check-in process was a bit inconvenient as they didn't accept online payment. It would have been much more convenient to settle everything beforehand.

We had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. The staff was extremely professional and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and each had its own unique layout, adding to the classy atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was delicious and abundant, with a special mention to the incredible mushrooms. The hotel's prime location near the train station and in the heart of the city allowed us to easily explore all the winding pathways of this enchanting place. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace, which offered breathtaking views of the canals and the sea, providing a quiet and peaceful moment amidst the bustling city.

Although we enjoyed our stay overall, there was a minor disappointment regarding the elevator situation. The elevator on the 3rd floor was not working, which required us to take it to the 4th floor and then descend a flight of stairs.

The cleanliness of this hotel was excellent, and the staff was friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to go and eat in this city. The hotel facilities were great, including an ATM right outside the hotel. the breakfast offered by the hotel was delicious.

I recently stayed at Nh Venezia Santa Lucia for three nights and it was a fantastic experience. The hotel's location was perfect, right next to the Venezia Train Station and within walking distance of the bus terminals. The room was beautifully designed and spacious, and we were treated to a stunning view of the grand canal from our windows. The hotel also had a lovely breakfast, friendly staff, and a charming lobby with a breathtaking glass chandelier. I was extremely pleased with my stay at Nh Venezia Santa Lucia.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Venice. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus and train stations, making it convenient for exploring the city. The room was modern and comfortable, with a great view of the canal. The bathroom was especially excellent, with a spacious bathtub for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel provides comfortable and clean rooms with high-quality bedding and towels. The bathroom and shower facilities are fantastic, equipped with top-notch toiletries. Some rooms even offer a great view of the canal.

The hotel has an unusual policy of not providing tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms, which may be disappointing for some guests.

Everything about this place was just perfect. The location was so convenient as I could easily walk to the railway station and there were also water buses close by. The staff provided great service and were very friendly. I loved the beautiful terrace at the 5th floor where I could relax with a cup of coffee and enjoy the lovely view. The room amenities were also impressive, my room was supplied with all the amenities that I needed, including free toiletries and air conditioning.

Great location next to train station with thoughtful room decorations and comfortable bedding. Clean and well-maintained shower room with perfect color tone. Impressive terrace for morning relaxation. The breakfast selection is diversified with many fruits, vegetables, sweets and five different kinds of cheese. an awesome experience that is worth repeating.

I loved the beautiful step-out balcony in my room with views of the canal and shopping street. The gelato stores on either side of the hotel were heavenly! The staff was helpful and accommodating, making my stay very enjoyable. I highly recommend this cozy and conveniently located lodging for a short stay in the city.
